Our history

-2018-

The founders of Fished, Steffen Pauschert and Even Ovnerud, had an idea back in 2018 to make seafood trading more efficient and reduce the number of manual operations involved in buying and selling seafood products.
Their observations of the market led them to notice that a few outdated solutions were setting the standards for an entire industry.

-2020-

Fished AS was established as a company and the foundation of today's Fished Order Management was in place.

-2022-

Fished expanded, hiring senior profiles with unique experiences and solid track records from building seafood software businesses.

-2023-

The first 2 customer contracts were signed, and the final strategy to build a completely new solution for the seafood industry was decided.
Fished hires additional resources with tons of experience from seafood and tech.

-2024-

First customer live on the solution, fully integrated with finance, production system, customs management system og WMS with picking and scanning.
3 additional hires - new CEO, CTO and frontend developer.
